Transparency in Action

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the TNS PTA is committed to full transparency. Meeting minutes are published here so every family in our community can stay informed about decisions, discussions, and the work being done on behalf of our students and school.

Minutes are recorded at each general membership and executive board meeting, reviewed by the Secretary, and made available to all TNS families.

• Principal's updates on school operations, staffing, and programs

• Budget and financial reports from the Treasurer

• Fundraising results, donation drives, and grant activity

• Event planning and volunteer coordination

• Committee reports and action items

• School Leadership Team (SLT) and Community Education Council (CEC) updates

• Advocacy and policy discussions that affect our school community

Meeting Schedule

General membership meetings are held monthly, September through June. The format alternates between morning in-person and evening Zoom sessions to maximize family participation. Exact dates and Zoom links are shared via Konstella.
